I think it has been about fifteen years since my last concert. So, I thought it would be nice to start with something low-key to ease back in.

Lemon Mint Tea
8 cups of water
2 Family Lipton Tea Bags
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
24 mint leaves
Boil water, then pour over tea bags and add mint. Let sit for 12 minutes uncovered. Add sugar, lemon juice and 8 cups of cold water and stir. Strain out mint leaves. Refrigerate.
